Once there I asked a lady if she could fit my watch strap and she said she couldn't and sent me to another counter. The lady behind that counter said she could definitely help me out and did a great job fitting my watch strap, but didn't seem really excited about it, I got a distinct feeling it wasn't not something she wanted to do. When finished I asked if I could buy another watch strap to fit a new Star Wars watch I recently bought on impulse from another store, she said no but I could maybe find another store in the mall to do it.
